Your Thoughts Become Things
In this section my intent is to talk to you about how thoughts become real. You are what you think you are all day long. Whatever you focus your mind on will expand, good, bad or indifferent. Everyone has free will to change their mind or to do something different to get better results. The problem comes when we continue to do the same thing over and over. We may think the results will be different but doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result is Insane..

What Could Motivate The Change
Let’s take a look at what it requires to make a change. To Tell the truth there are many reason for a person to make a change or shift the way they think. The first could be simple, you’ve made a conscious decision to change the way you think This is usually the easiest way. You may have come to a point in your life that requires you to think a little differently and you do take the next step and begin to think diffrently. If this is your situation then great. You’ve been doing this and getting the result you want ever since you’ve been responsible and old enough to make your own decisions. Some people have a different situation. They require a nod or a push; they are a little resistant to change. They may change because they know they have to. They may start off in a different direction but resort back to what is comfortable for them. They tend to stay in the same mindset regardless of the situation or circumstance. All I have to say is, Same thinking expecting different results, you know the rest. Some people wait and wait and wait until things get so bad for them that the situation and circumstance become so heavy that they think there is no way out. They believe they have tried everything and nothing seems to work. They do the something again and again and again and yet again. And they still think if they try it again it will work this time. They don’t want to try anything different. The mindset is stuck in the past, full of pain, doubt, pride, ego and low self esteem.
